Explain procrastination

You tell yourself, "I'll eat the apple later." Hours pass by and that apple is still sitting there! That's what we call procrastination. It's when we have something important to do, like homework or cleaning our room, but we keep putting it off because we'd rather do something more fun or easier.
But here's the funny part. The longer we wait to eat that apple (or do our homework), the less tasty it seems. We start thinking about how hard it will be to bite into it or how sour it might taste. In reality, if we had just eaten the apple right away, we wouldn't have all these worries!
So remember, next time you have a big juicy apple (or a task) in front of you, don't wait too long to bite into it! Procrastination might make things seem harder than they actually are.
And remember - if an apple a day keeps the doctor away... what does an apple tomorrow do? Keeps the doctor on standby!
