Usain Bolt is like the Superman of running! He's from a place called Jamaica, which is a beautiful island in the Caribbean. Just like how Superman is super fast, Usain Bolt is also very, very fast. In fact, he's known as the fastest man in the world!
He won lots of shiny gold medals at big sports events called the Olympics. People from all over the world come to compete in these events and try to be the best they can be. Usain Bolt was so good that he won 8 gold medals! That's like winning first place in a race eight times!
Besides running super fast, Usain Bolt also likes to have fun. After he wins a race, he often does a funny pose that looks like he's shooting an arrow from a bow. This pose is so famous that it has its own name - "The Bolt".
So remember, just like Usain Bolt, always try your best and don't forget to have fun while doing it!
